This chair is awesome the only complaint I have and the reason i didnt give five stars is bc the chair had a small rip in the back. Couldve been manufacturing couldve been idk but its not terribly noticeable. Massage pillow is cool, this thing RECLIIIINES. Ive actually fell asleep comfortably in it by accident lol
