Got this for my boyfriend, and he loves it!!! it really is easy to assemble everything is labeled and even includes extra parts. the foot rest is an awesome capability you can even tuck it away when u dont want to use it! the back support pillow also has a usb cord u can plug in and it vibrates for a massage! so far so good
