Made in China. Packaging was excellent. no visible damage to the outside of the box at all. Overall look is very nice. It looks comfortable. But after sitting in the chair for only 15 minutes, I quickly realized that it does not breath at all. I work at home; I have to sit in this chair for hours at a stretch. I figured a gaming chair would be designed to allow someone to sit comfortably for long periods of time...this chair does not fit that bill very well. I like the leg rest feature, but it is flimsy and feels like it could break very easily. The leg rest is held on by two plastic pieces screwed to the bottom of the chair, and only one tiny screw inserted into the back of one side of the leg rest is all that keeps it from being pulled out. After using the chair for one full week, the screws holding the mechanism to the bottom of the chair worked loose...looks like Ill be tightening them up on a regular basis. When I sat in the chair, my right hip kept hitting the frame. Didnt think anything of it at first, but then I noticed that the entire chair sits unevenly. After I examined the back, it is actually bent. The part my hip was contacting is bent inward, and the other side is bent outward. After I discovered the back was bent, I looked harder and noticed the seat is also bent. And as I said, the chair itself sits with a slight leftward lean to it. If youre getting it for a kid, it is an OK chair...but for a professional office chair, get something different.
