I purchased this chair along with the $50 professional assembly. The chair and technicians arrived on time but discovered that the chair was missing pieces used to attach the rails on the footrest to the bottom of the chair. I rescheduled the assembly so that I could receive the missing parts from the manufacturer. Due to poor communication with the seller, I did not receive the pieces until a full month after I received the chair. During this time, I discovered that my order for the chair assembly was being duplicated on my bill each time each time we had to reschedule. Then, when we were actually ready for the assembly, it was suddenly cancelled the day of. I only found out it was cancelled after contacting customer service when nobody showed up at my door that day. When they finally did arrive, it was discovered that while the missing pieces were sent, the screws and washers needed to attach them to the chair were not. After such a headache I ended up buying the missing parts and assembling the chair myself. The chair itself ia fine although the footrest feels very thin and fragile. I dont think it can reliably support my very long legs and whenever I use it, I feel as if the rails could give way at any time.
