High quality material and parts, very happy with this chair. I looked and searched up so many similar chairs and Im glad I made this decision! It even came with the tools you need to build/put together the chair with. The hidden slide out foot rest is aming and a must have if your looking to purchase a pc/gaming chair. It did have some minor damage to the back piece of the chair. Got ahold of support and it was taken care of right away, sent a whole new back free of charge, thank you. Very Happy!!
