I give this 4 stars only because I wish the arm rests could use more padding. This says that you need two people to put together but I was able to do this on my own. It is very comfortable and is awesome for my desk job. I got all the pieces. I had no issues with delivery. It actually came 5 days before it was guaranteed. Overall worth it!
