I really love this chair. My selling point on this was the "full" armrest. I dont why most gaming chairs have these stupid half armrests, I dont like them. And the armrest reclines with the chair. What I dont like is metal bars next to your legs and the metal bars where your shoulders are (the humps) its very uncomfortable when you want to sit in a different angle. They shouldve been all cushion.
