I did not like that the chair back was defective, but that is my ONLY dislike. It is all around a great product!!
//Customer service was excellent when it came to response and quick to help resolve and send out replacement parts, easy to put together and was comfy! Cannot wait for the parts to come in to get back into Gaming!! 10/10!
