This chair is good quality and was relatively easy to assemble. Because the parts are shipped in the back of the chair, that means the chair back is hollow. I fixed that by placing a decorative pillow (that I did not need) in the same space, it is fine. If I had looked closer I would have opted for a chair with a higher back for neck/head support. That said, I have been using the chair for almost a week and do not notice neck pain etc. The ability to raise and lower the chair helps as I have a fixed desk height. I recommend it for youth and anyone less than 200lbs, although it is rated for higher., I way 154 and it is fine, my brother is not allowed to sit in it (over 200lbs) as I am sure something will break if he tries to raise/lower the chair.
