I purchased this product and received it on 7/25/21. It was neatly packed; nothing was broken and all the necessary parts were included. The assembly instructions were easy to follow and I had no difficulty putting it together EXCEPT for attaching the arms to the back rest. When I screwed the arms in, they were warping outward which made it difficult for me to screw in the back rest. I had to put the chair on its side and use my weight to hold each arm down in order to put the screws in. Im concerned with the amount of stress being placed on the screws with the arms pushing outward. I will update this review in the coming weeks/months as I see how the chair handles daily use.
