The chair is a nice office chair, the right size and comfortable. The problem was in the condition of the unassembled chair when it arrived. I was surprised that I received an obviously returned chair when I had thought I had ordered a new chair. On the box was written Return to vender inserts dont work but we thought lets see what was the problem. There were no instructions and some of the necessary screws used for assembly were missing. My husband had to purchase the screws in order to finish the assembly of it. I will rethink ordering furniture through again.
