One arm was extremely hard to attach, screws wouldnt go in all the way and kept sticking, so one arm juts out more than the other and leaves a small gap. And zipper is so cheap on back of chair that it broken off as I was attaching the back. Glad I didnt pay full price and bought this during Prime Day but really disappointed in the quality. I wish I could just get a partial refund for these issues instead of having to fully return the chair in order to get this addressed, because otherwise its a great chair!
