Great Chair, very comfortable excellently packaged/shipped. Only issue was that the parts package was missing one piece. I contacted the parts listed in the instructions and was told, we cannot send just parts, we would have to send you a complete chair and then you will have to send back the first one. I told them never mind, I will improvise . Which is what I did. Kind of ridiculous that one washer or screw or spacer is missing you have to replace an entire chair ? That is my only complaint.
