Im giving this only FOUR STARS for now because the queen frame we ordered was for the guest room,. The King frame in the master has yet to arrive. Problems with the shipper pre/Christmas 2020 lost our order and once they told me (two weeks after first one arrived UPS) did excellent service and reordered and shipped a replacement very quickly. Thanks to the ladies who helped on phone.
Regarding the queen frame. Very easy to unpack and assemble. Seems to work great. Just havent slept on it yet or put through the paces. We bought Sterns and Foster inner spring mattresses locally but thought these frames would work just fine and save us money. We splurged on the mattresses and were eager to save a little. In short time, vibration modes seem to be great. Interesting and takes a bit to appreciate it. Remote is ok too. As mentioned, havent used overnight yet. Still waiting on de!ivey of king frame for our SF mattress. More later.
