overall the bed is/was great. I ordered this just 3 years ago and 2 days ago it wouldnt raise the head/feet. i called customer service, they said it may just need t be paired with the remote again. After a few more calls it was decided it was the power box, I sent them the model etc and am now told sorry theres nothing we can do to fix t. they dont make parts for this bed anymore. Now i have to get a new bed. glad i didnt but the extended warranty would have been a waste of .
