GREAT bunk bed! Excellent quality, easily put together. In a previous review someone said that the wood split where the screws are. That is an assembly error on the part of the consumer. Anytime you over/tighten a screw, you risk splitting the wood. These are LONG screws and they are not meant to be flush with the wood. Keep that in mind.
I bought these for my girls ages 7 and 10. We actually dont usually keep the ladder on b/c we have an 18 month old and 3 year old but the older girls can easily still get into the top bunk. These are VERY sturdy. Dont let the price tag fool you! We love this bunk bed!
