Edit: the company finally reached out and were out of replacement parts so they ended up sending me a whole new bedset at no cost to me! This box came fully intact and the customer service people were very kind about the whole thing. They 100% made it right and they did it quickly once we were communicating. My kids love their beds!!
The beds themselves are good. But Im missing 3 ladder steps so I cant make them I to bunk beds. The box arrived in horrible condition with a big gash in the box probably leading to the missing pieces. I tried emailing the company weeks ago like instructed and still havent heard back. If I had received all parts or at least heard back from the company would give better rating.
