We purchased this set Sep 2020 after doing months of research. We had never purchased a big piece furniture from an online source but gave this a try. It was pretty easy to assemble and its sturdy. Initially we were glad with our purchase but over the year we continue to notice its not the best quality and has flaws, the slightest nick or bump will immediately dent the material. It has also developed air bubbles on the side (which is a side that is not even touched or has high traffic as it faces the wall). When we assembled it we noticed a board to the stairs was scratched and contacted the company to which they sent us a replacement. We also asked for touch paint but they dont offer any or recommend any. The design and concept are great but I would not recommend this for the price and quality based on what we have experienced with it for the one year weve had it. (As a note this is in my sons room and he doesnt sleep in it yet and hasnt in the year weve had it, cant imagine how it would be if it received normal daily use).
