We had ordered 2 separate sets of the same chairs so we have 4 total. The first box, the packaging material was desicent packets that must of broke open, there were teeny tiny balls everywhere for days. In this box, the pictured chair came damaged. I contacted the brand customer support as directed and when I received the call back, I was told they cannot help me as I bought it on . Hence my rating is for service. These are not inexpensive chairs and I would expect some level of support for an item being received damaged. Aesthetically they are very nice in the space. The chair that arrived damaged already has another ding on the leg so I dont feel these are worth the money. If it werent for the looks, this would be 1 star.
