I needed more storage space as I live in a small house. The only space left for storage was the damp dirt crawl space. These boxes allow me to safely store items without any worry of damage.
The boxes stack well on one another. Not sure how long the foam ring that seals the boxes will last but it looks pretty solid.
Some people have reported the boxes are fragile and easily broken. It wasnt until I went to use the last box that i discovered that the last box was cracked. I am guessing that the shipping box may have been dropped on its corner at one point during shipping. I called and explained the situation. I had already filled 5 of them and wasnt thrilled with the idea of emptying them and then shipping them all back for replacement. They made things simple. They sent me anther set of 6 free of charge and told me take one out of the new shipment and replace it with broken one and then ship that set of 6 back. No charge for the return shipment. It made it so easy.
The plastic that boxes are made appears to be strong, but is not overly flexible. I assume that if I handle them properly and dont drop on the corner them that they should last a long time.
I am planning to order some more but in a different size.
