I have bought this bed in another color as well as this one. When it first arrived it had a huge crack in the large side panel. I was able to send it back and get a replacement easily which was great. I am used to putting flat pack furniture together and found this easy. Once the box was open and I could move the bed piece by piece I was able to carry it upstairs and make it by myself. The draw runners I always get wrong no matter what I do on the first draw which I did this time. I dont think it is the instructions I think that is me. There was a slight chip on one of the peices that will not be seen so I decided not to ask for a replacement. I got
