I had a bent headboard and one piece that was labeled incorrectly. I reachout out to the seller through but never heard back. I really needed the bed so I assembled it with the bent part. Oh well I have a bed. It was easy to assemble I wouldnt put 300 pounds of moving people on it. This is just for me.
