I bought this bedframe specifically because it was high off the floor and I would need as much space as possible because I was moving into a studio apartment. I live in a 300 square/foot studio apartment and this bedframe fits perfectly Im able to store a full/size suitcase under just the front portion of the bedframe. Its quiet it doesnt squeak so for all the right reasons thats a very important, it was very easy to assemble done and under 15 minutes. Ive been sleeping on it for about two weeks now and I have no complaints. My mattress does fit inside of it it doesnt slide terribly but some of the rungs of the bed frame do show on the corner and edge because my mattress does not fully cover the bedframe. If you could call that a downside thats the only downside besides that its perfect for me and for what I needed and when I eventually move into a space with more room Ill probably still keep this bedframe .
