I like this frame. Seems stable and it was easy to assemble. I dont believe that it is the best design for supporting a mattress without a box spring. The are only about 3/8 wide and they are spaced approximately 7 apart. I bought a mattress that needs more support than that. Seemed to me like my mattress would sag in the spaces between the . I put pieces of laminate flooring on top of the and that supports my mattress evenly.
