The frame was very easy to put together. Did it by myself, no problem. But it was missing one slatthere was supposed to be 20 pieces, and my box had 19. Didnt think it would be a problem to contact the company to have them send one, but the company is in China, and theres no way to contact them. offered to help with the return, but they didnt have any more in stock to replace it. This was not a great option. So I settled for a discount since I didnt want to go through the hassle of taking it apart and looking for a different bed frame. The frame itself is very sturdy and I love all the storage space below it.
