My husband wanted this couch because it looked very nice. And it does. But sitting on the sofa was an entirely different experience. It was very, very firm. A lot of the reviews stated that, but I didnt realize just how hard the back cushion is. I used it for an afternoon and my back started hurting. Im an healthy in shape 54 year old. So uncomfortable. And now, trying to return this thing is turning into a nightmare. scheduled a pick up and I was delighted it was so quick and easy. A week later its still sitting, boxed up, in my breakfast nook waiting to be picked up. The first transport company never showed for the return. The second isnt getting back in touch with me. I will NEVER buy such a large item from again. Ive already ordered another sofa from Crate Barrel so Im hoping this sofa is gone before that one arrives in July. Not very sturdy
