Support: The chair actually offers pretty solid lower back support and posture control. There are no adjustments for it but the default orientation is well positioned.
Comfort: I would call the comfort level of this chair average. I believe the advertising stated this was a 24/7 or extended period chair, it is not. After maybe two hours you will start to feel it in your tail bone. Not severe but you will get to shifting, Cushions tend to wear with time so expect that will get worse over the months/years. Though there are always seat cushions to shore up this area and they will be much more cost effective than spending another couple hundred dollars on a similar, more feature complete chair.
Ease of assembly: Most chairs are relatively easy to put together as they all conform to a similar design. This one was pretty easy, well labeled screws and the like, easy to follow instructions and everything you need is in the box. Some of the screw holes gave me minor trouble getting the screws to go in at the proper angle but no substantial issues.
The one issue Ive seen in other reviews that I noticed immediately as well is the seat depth on this chair. This chair only has two adjustments, the up and down height of the chair and a locked and unlocked (slight recline) of the seat back. With the seat back in its locked/upright position it gives the feeling that youre sitting to far forward in the seat, it does not support enough of the thigh and simply feels unnatural. It is something I noticed immediately after sitting down. Its not so bad it makes the chair impossible to use but it will take some adjusting to if you plan to keep the chair. Now I will say in this position the back support feels great. One positive here is you can unlock the seat back and it will have a slight recline, I found in this position the seat depth issue feels a little less cumbersome and made the chair as a whole a lot more tolerable for me. I guess if youre a child or have shorter than average legs the seat depth thing might be less of a problem. This particular thing is not a weight issue either, big or small this will be a thing. Perfect for what we needed
Decent chair for the price point
