I received the couch in 3 large boxes. They were not too heavy. The light is more of a cream which is exactly what I wanted. This couch is firm but after tirelessly searching for couches online it seems like most couches bought online are firm. I rather have a more plush couch but the firmness doesnt really bother me much. This couch was super easy to put together. Most of the couch was already put together you just need to add a few legs and wheels to the bottom then put on the arms. Pillows were already at their intended size, no waiting to expand. I really purchased the couch for the extra storage and it did not disappoint! So much storage room!! I use the pull out cushion for a larger cozy couch. Super cute. I am short 52 and my apartment is small so the couch was a perfect fit! If you are 6ft or taller this couch may be a bit small for you. Overall. Great experience with this couch! Great. Very good. Recommended.
