The foam seating cushions stuck between the armrests in packaging. It took 3 people and hours to wiggle the 2 cushions that are in a single armrest. Be careful not to break the bag for the cushions because the customer would expand when air gets into the bag which made it even harder. Unfortunately, we cut the bag open w:o knowing this. We had to use a vacuum to suck air out of the plastic bag and pushed air out before we were able to move even a little out of the armrest. We damaged a small cushion corner when we did that, but too frustrated to send the sofa back. Also, is you are dexterity and flexibility challenge, you may have a hard time screwing in some of the screws located in awkward places. Once the sofa is done, its very nice. Its the steps to get there that I would not recommend this sofa.
