More sturdy than expected. Its cute, easy to assemble, but it has a smell. Its been a few weeks since it arrived and the smell has lingered. Ive had to leave the windows and doors open in hopes the smell will eventually go away. I believe others have mentioned this issue / and depending on how small the room you plan to keep the chair in this is something you will want to consider.
The chair I ordered was grey btw. Other than the smell this is a cute and functional home office chair.
