It would be more convenient if the manufacturer provided wheels (caters) so that the bed can be easily moved about the room
The bed itself appears well constructed, and the packaging was very crafty, in that all of the parts are located within the headboard itself. It would be more convenient if the manufacturer provided wheels (caters) so that the bed can be easily moved about the room. I purchased 4 caters because the 4 plastic legs have holes in the bottom of them. I thought the holes were for casters and they did fit perfectly. However when I put weight on the bed I noticed the bed frame moved apart at the center on each side. I called the manufacturer and asked if they had something for the lengthwise center of the bed to bring the height up to where the casters were on the ends. They said NO! Then they began to explain to me that I had voided the warranty by placing the casters on the bed. Mind you no one has slept in the bed or even lyed down on it at this point. I was disappointed in their response to say the least. Product can and should be designed to remove the stress from the center of the side rails should a customer decide they want to utilize caters. It would be a simple change to the metal frame which supports the mattress slats. All in all I believe it to be a good product after a months use.
