It is a hybrid mattress so it allows you to sleep on your back with spring support or on your side with the memory foam. It even has a cooling feature which is so helpful since we live in Arizona. Im impressed with how comfortable it is. It arrived rolled up in a box and we dragged it to the room where the trundle bed is. We cut open the plastic and let it raise up on its own. It quickly got to its full es. Now we have a great spot for the kids to have sleepovers. Buy it again.
