Ive bought mattresses on before that comes in a box and Im glad this product did not disappoint. It came in a box, but the box is smaller than I expected although it is heavy. The mattress is well vacuumed in the plastic cover, very well protected. As soon as I puncture the plastic, thats when the mattress absorbs the air and expands to its full capacity/size. Itll take a day or so to complete its expansion stage so I just let it be and didnt use it until a day or so after taking it out of there box. I like the individual pocket spring feature, its airy and so comfortable. Great for the back and neck too. I dont toss around on it while trying to sleep. The price is great for its quality. Compare to the other mattresses in the store that are worth hundreds to thousands of dollar, this is a steal. Better than expected.
