This is my first time experience buying mattress online. Would love to share my complete experience so as to help others first time buyers like me. I have never planned to buy a mattress that comes in a box but because of the COVID/19, this was a safer option.
Before Buying:
Since I was unable to test and feel the mattress as I would do if I walk into a traditional mattress store, I had to educate myself on different kind of mattress and their build. I love the fact that this is a Hybrid mattress which gives it a perfect Firm feel that I wanted.
Delivery and Shipping:
I am not a prime member, so delivery took 7 business days. Do keep a note of that if you need this urgently. UPS dropped this at my doorstep. The package is heavy and it was moderately hard to get it inside and up the stairs
Unboxing
Took less than 10 minutes for the whole process, super convenient. Having 2 people make it easy but can be handle individually. Uncompressed nicely, have to leave for 24/72 hours before can be used.
Mattress Feedback
Nicely build, Medium Firm to provide perfect back support. Even though the coils are individually wrapped, you still feel the other person moving when lying down. Maybe they can improve on this.
Pros: Nice Product, Easy Shopping experience, No Price Haggling or Pushy Sales Person
Cons: Unable to test before buy (but with 100 Night test that is mitigated), Delivery time and Time needed to expand makes it not readily usable (not an issue in my case) As expected, thank you!
