For what i paid for this umbrella, it is definately worth it. And the customer service was too notch in my experience. My first one was damaged and they replaced it no questions asked extremely fast. Very smooth no hassle process. The umbrella itself isnt bad quality, the fabric is a decent linen and the pole is aluminum i believe. It does require a good weight to stand by itself, as all umbrellas do. But i would definately recommend this to anyone looking for a little shade for their patio :) great buy
