Overall the shelf is high quality and reasonably priced and looks exactly as advertised. We had a small problem with an incorrect part in the box where part B was a mislabeled part C. The customer service worked over the Christmas/New Years holiday to resolve our issue but also checked in with us to ensure that everything was resolved. Although we had a small glitch with the wrong part (mistakes happen), customer service quickly resolved the problem.
