I bought the sofa size, not the the loveseat for reference. I paid extra to have the delivery people bring it inside and take it out of the box to check for damage (it was about 30, worth it for something this heavy and annoying to return otherwise). There was no damage. The cushions are packed inside the sofa, and the only assembly you really need to do is twist the feet on and slide the part together. It was super fast and easy. The couch, this this price, is extremely comfortable and NOT that rock solid fabric you often get. Many other couches in this proce range are that fabric and material you think after using it a little it will soften up but it never does. this is soft and cushion/y from the box. the back cushion are bery vertical so if youre a sloucher pillows are a must but overall very happy with the couch.
