    How much is your time worth for poor quality and customer service

    The backleg hole on rt was loose and screw holes didnt line up. i had to pull the leg out significantly to reach the screw holes. and now a leg is 0.75 inches from the ground. Customer service gives one suggestion or question at a time. I had to send 20 photos (1 at a time) through the app. Despite seeing th backleg doesnt sit properly and i used the predrilled holes in the chiar.they had me take it apart screw it together. Now they are having ME measure all the pieces. This service method has basically delayed me getting a usable product for weeks. Never in my life. even if this is the new way to sell furniture (sarcasm) then ask for everything you miight need in message no. 1 not 12. Dont ask someone with arthritis to take the dang thing apart repeatedly. Wont make this mistake again. Give me a refund and pick up your useless tripod cat bed. I will order the same design from Target. If have nothing better to do and dont mind the run around from this company then maybe this tripod is perfect for you. UPDATE: I finally got a new chair and it works well. I just have to get rid of the defective one now. They did issue a small discount for all the time and headache. Would rather have my time back, but until I learn to time travel I guess I have to take what the universe gives me. And my cat loves the chair. It belongs to him now, so I guess if hes happy. Its not bad its just not great.
