I have been working from home for 12 years and have chronic back and shoulder pain and my posture is horrible from sitting in a crappy chair. I bought ergonomic cushions, pillows, etc. and nothing worked. Finally realized I was going to have to break down and purchase an ergonomic chair. Then I nearly had a stroke when I saw how expensive they were. I read the reviews on this chair and decided to risk buying and I am so glad I did! I am 55 and this chair is perfect for me. Took me about an hour to assemble by myself, I had a challenge getting screws to line up attaching the arms but I did it. By day 3, back pain gone, shoulder pain almost gone. Wish I had gotten this sooner.
