Constructing the bed took about an hour, but I dawdled and took my time. The only tiny issues were that the instructions did not give enough detail about how to install the slats, and some of the pre-drilled screw holes in the slats did not line up to the holes in the frame - but some quick work with a drill made that problem go away. A credit to for shipping support: the shipper dinged my wall while delivering the product, and my apartment management charged me $50 to repair it. When I told about it, they credited $50 to my account. Well done, ians. Great customer service!
