This took hours for my boyfriend to put together. We also kept having to take it apart because the pieces were not sliding into place. We were basically done with the bed when we realized that the most important part, the ladder that attaches to the frame, was to long for the bed. I had to contact customer service. It took a week before I could actually sleep on it but customer service was responsive. Overall its a nice frame and it gives me more space in my room. Kids love it easy to put together.
