    Pretty but painful to assemble

Worth a buy. It looks nice when fully assembled. I question the strength and longevity? I weigh about 150 lbs and did sleep on it next to my grandson who slept in the trundle. It felt sturdy and was comfortable and I didnt fall through . The support slats for the mattress are stapled only and the support webbing only wraps around at ends instead they should have wrapped around all slats with a longer strap and then stapled. Assembly instructions stink!!! You absolutely need 2 people. Dont put the front horizontal piece on so you can maneuver the sides to get the horizontal back pieces all in their holes. Do not put the 2 verticals part P10 on the back support pieces until after you have all held in place by 2 sets of hands 3 people would be better. The holes did not line up at all for the P10s and the coresponding holes on the horizontals so I drilled new holes so it would be lunged up and secured properly. I am very handy and build lots of things so I just used logic and predrilled new holes in back supports of day bed. It took 20 minutes for me and hubby to put trundle together and was easy The daybed was a pain as it could not be completed as instructed. Their were a couple scratches because the hardware was loose in the box because the screws ripped through the thin plastic bag that contained the hardware. I just had to overlook as I needed the bed for guests that were coming the next day. I contacted the company via email and asked them to replace the 2 P10s because they looked ugly after I had to redrill and obviously not going to try to stain and clear coat a brand new piece of furniture. I got replacements about a week later. They did not respond to my email but they did send the requested replacements. I do like how it looks in my guest room. If they corrected their instructions and have all holes drilled at proper spacing I would have given a 5.
