Given the high price, I expected these cans to be well packaged to protect them during shipping. Wrong. The two cans were just stuck in a box. No packing peanuts, no sheet of cardboard between the cans, nothing to stop them scratching and beating against each other during transit. So I have two very expensive and scratched up, with light dents, metal gas cans. I already returned one set to another seller for the same problem. I should have stuck to military surplus (which are the same exact cans in olive drab) at half the price. The cans themselves are very well made (by Valpro for ) and offered no surprises. They are (overly) expensive but if you want shiny cool metal Jerry cans for your show garage you have to pay the price. I need to decide if Ill return these or start polishing...
