Excellent overall, dangerous for little ones, though...
I love this treadmill. Its almost 3 inches wider than the only other one I could find in the same price range, and there were no reviews, so I figured Id take a risk and see what it was all about. Im glad I did.
The treadmill itself rocks. Perfect size for me - Im 62, 200 lbs and it fits my size perfectly. Also, very solid, sturdy, piece of equipment. Great value for the money. I love the digital display, as well as the remote. Also looks nice, which isnt a bad thing.
My only gripe with it is the pinch point at the end. If you have little kids (which I do) the conveyor combined with the bar going across the bottom back part has the potential to injure them, possibly significantly. It was completely unnecessary for there to be a problem like this. All they had to do was place the brace/support bar further under the machine, so as not to create that dangerous feature, there, and problem solved. Very disappointed in this lack of foresight in the design. Now Im going to have to figure something out to put in that gap there where my little one constantly wants to stick his fingers... not cool. Tempted to give it fewer stars just because of this, since the risk is significant for small children, but I figured as long as people read this they will be able to come to a decision as to whether they want this risk or not.
