I use the small weights and situp mat daily to do 20 situps then 20 minutes on the treadmill. Treadmill is better than expected for the money, seems to be a well constructed product for the money. Im 74 so didnt want to spend a bundle on something like a Peleton or Nordic Track. The only negative I can find with this treadmill is that the pulse rate is off by more than 20 bpm.
