Came with one spring unattached very difficult to attach one.
I would have given it 4/5 stars but it came with one of the springs unattached. So my husband tried everything except taking it all apart to re attach. Finally after 20 minutes he was able to attach it but Im afraid he may have weakened it by bending metal with a screwdriver. Very disappointed it came like this but it works and my daughter and I use it
