Its fun to jump on and doesnt feel like real exercise work. I have been hearing about how great rebounding is for my health. Just got it a few days ago and used it 4 times. I jump on it for about 20/30minutes per day. It seems to be pretty good exercise if I jump around with lots of energy. Love it so far. Its really great and easy but at the same time, works up a sweat. The most important thing is to not overdo it in the beginning or you will have sore muscles and then you wont want to use it. Take your time and this small trampoline will become your best friend. I went on YouTube to look up more workouts.
