First, I ordered two of these two days ago, Monday. I got an email yesterday saying they had shipped and would arrive between Friday and next Monday. They both arrived today! I bought these for my parents who just moved into assisted living and the bathrooms are made for wheelchairs, so there isnt a cabinet under the sink. I put one together today. My mom loves it and I couldnt be happier. Very sturdy too. It was a little daunting when I opened the box--lots of little parts. My only suggestion is it would be nice if at least the first few diagrams were full-size sheets. It was a little hard to see the detail. Once I figured it out it was easy though. All parts were labeled and all small parts, screws, etc. were in individual bags with a letter identifying them. The next one I put together will be a lot easier and a lot faster. I plan to open up the box and put all of the round screw-locks in at once. Make sure the arrows point to the opening where the screw-bolts will go. The slightly larger holes are for the wooden dowels and the slightly smaller holes for the screw-bolts.
Incredibly Happy With This
