Product arrived on time, and with no damage to the love seat. The love seat was assembled in less than an hour by myself. Its pretty straightforward. Just remember to start all the fasteners before tightening any. The cushions are a little stiff, but still more comfortable than my old couch.
I like this guy. It was well packed, quickly delivered, easy to assemble, and just looked like what was shown in the picture. The cushion feels firm and sturdy. The armchairs provide safe support to my head and neck when I lie on the seat. I wish the cushion cover could be removed and machine washed.
I wanted the cat off my bed so bought this small couch as a bed for him. He likes to move around during the night and this gives him room to do so. He is developing arthritis so I put a small gel padding for comfort and a cat blanket. He seems to love it.

Firm but not bad
Futon is nice and sturdy. Could be use a little more cushion but for the price, Im satisfied. Fits in the space I needed it to pretty well.
