Beautiful piece but some of the pieces were damaged. Both cabinet doors had scratches and marks on the inside. I considered returning the piece but the effort of repackaging the all the pieces and taking to post office would be too much. The damage was on the inside where it will only be seen when doors are opened so figure I will deal with it regardless of price paid, otherwise it is a beautiful piece of furniture.
Exactly what I was looking for I love it! In addition I had a little hiccup as one of the magnetic connectors for the door was missing. I reached out to customer service and they were on it right away. They sent the replacement no problem and followed up with me after to make sure everything was alright. They also sent a small gift for the inconvenience, it's rare now days to get customer service at this level. I'll be ordering from them again for sure.
The smell overwhelmed a rather large room when I opened the box. Just had the top lid of the box off for a day and it was unbelievable. Put the cabinet together, thought it would get better after a couple of days but it hasn't. Opened a window to air the room out 9 hours ago, just got home and the odor spread to other rooms.
Otherwise the cabinet is just ok. One of the wooden panels is knotty af. Doesn't feel very sturdy, touching it causes it to rock a bit. One of the cabinet doors doesn't sit flush. Can probably find a better quality item at IKEA.
Assembly wasn't hard.. My husband did it quick and no problems. And it really is beautiful in person. I was also surprised at how deep it is even though I got out the tape measure and knew before hand. It is awesome storage and holds a lot. I love it.
To be honest I received high quality care from forniture. They quickly solved the problem with my damaged furniture and replaced it with a new one, they followed up step by step in the replacement process and kept me informed in each process, which I value a lot as a client since it made me feel supported. The value for money of the furniture is fair. I definitely recommend this firm.
This is probably one of my favorite pieces of furniture in the house! At first, I wasn't sure it'll look as good as in the photos, but when I got it, I saw for myself that it was indeed such a masterpiece! The wood quality feels pretty good, and the cabinet feels sturdy.
Besides all that, is now a brand I can't recommend enough because of their incredible customer service! I had a small issue with my cabinet and after reaching out to them (on a weekend) they got my problem solved in a couple of days, and on top of that, I got a box of chocolate and an apology letter in my mail after they solved my issues!

Chemical Odor Overwhelms 200sqft Room 3 Days In
